The Work of a Life Coach

I have always desired to see the best in others. I have been an advocate for true change and have spent a large part of my career guiding others to self-discovery. I am not one to tell others what to do, what to think or how to act. Rather, I accept individuals for who they are, yet seek to uncover hidden potential within individuals to move them towards change and new ideas.

Life Coaching

Life coaching is not counseling. I have worked in the mental health field as a case manager, and counselor. I understand mental illness, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also realize those things impact what we do and how we sometimes see ourselves. I have taken my passion for counseling, and I am now directing it towards other avenues of helping individuals be the best version of themselves, through life coaching. I work with individuals who have solid goals for themselves. My life coaching clients are future-focused individuals. I become their partner and advocate keeping them accountable for the changes they wish to see in their lives.  It is up to them to succeed. They know themselves better than anyone, and I become their support.  I work from a strengths-based perspective and a solution-focused model.

Your Journey Begins Here

I pre-qualify all my life coaching clients. If someone is ready for true change, I can work with them. If someone is still unsure, I follow up with them over time to ensure possible success when they are ready to commit. I have heard it said too many times “people do not change.”  I must disagree. I personally have been through many life-changing transitions. I have been motivated and purpose-driven for results in my own life. I have achieved many goals, with hard work, dedication, and following my own heart. I have worked with individuals who are motivated by a sense of growth and personal development. True change is possible. Those who have experienced it will agree. Those who have not will need to decide for themselves when they are ready to achieve new goals and set out on a new path.

As a life coach, I will be your partner, your advocate, and will keep you accountable.

The real work will come from you. Are you ready?
